Behind the Sweets
We’re Dipsbyb, an independently owned Chocolate Dip Shop with a variety of chocolates dips to satisfy every taste bud! Started in 2021 when COVID hit us hard, I needed a passion that could potentially support our new twins on top of 2 kids we had previously! I’ve mastered chocolate melting recipes with only the highest quality ingredients to make sure our products are extraordinary.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, Venmo, cashapp or cards!
Do you offer shipping?
I am currently working on getting shipping available! Until then, we are pickup only in Lunenburg, MA
How can I order?
This website is basically a menu for customers. Orders can be placed directly with me through any social media platform
I have a last minute order, could you do it?
i most likely cannot accept last minute orders due to needing to gather supplies to get the job done. please reach out to check my availability
Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns/exchanges nor do we issue refunds of any kind. If you have an issue with an order, please reach out to me so we can try and make it right.

Transparency and Care
A 50% non refundable deposit (or full payment) is required at the time of ordering. You will get a confirmation from me stating payment was made. I cannot do same day orders. If it is a big order, it needs to be pre booked so I have time to prepare. I do not accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds. If your product is paid in full and you do not show up, I cannot refund and reserve the right to decline future orders. if you do not get a confirmation from me, I did not get your order.
